Payment Terms & Conditions

Accounts that are not paid in full by the due date of the 15th of the month are considered delinquent. Penalty: Once an account is delinquent, a penalty charge is posted to the account.
Delinquency Notice: 2 – 3 business days after the 15th of the month, customers with delinquent balances will be sent a delinquent notice. Customers are strongly encouraged to pay the entire delinquent balance immediately.
Door Knocker: If no payment is received or contact is made with FMTUA within 10 days, a door knocker will be delivered to the service address. Payment for the entire delinquent balance must be made by the date shown on the door knocker, if not service will be disconnected.
Payment Agreements: A minimum payment is necessary to sign up for a payment arrangement to spread out payments over a 2 – 4-month period that will bring the delinquent balance to zero. These payment agreements must be made in person at the FMTUA office. New charges are not included in the agreement and must be paid on time.
